The Cost and Usage Report (CUR) provides a centralized view of all configured AWS cost reports, enabling detailed tracking, analysis, and export of billing data.

Cost and Usage Report Dashboard

Report Overview

The CUR dashboard displays a list of all configured reports with key details:

  • Report Name
    Unique identifier for each report configuration

  • S3 Bucket
    Destination bucket where report data is stored

  • Time Granularity
    Defines the frequency of data collection:

    • Hourly
    • Daily
    • Monthly
  • Export Type
    Type of report generated:

    • Standard Data Export
    • Legacy CUR Export
    • Cost and Usage Dashboard (QuickSight)
  • Data Last Refreshed (UTC)
    Timestamp indicating the latest data availability

  • Bucket Policy
    Allows viewing and managing access permissions for the associated S3 bucket
